As a 501(c)(3) organization at Patriots and Paws we rely on donations, and on sponsors who love what we do in serving the lives of Veterans, Active Duty, and Reservists. Our organization is dedicated to our ‘Hometown Heroes’, and your help is needed.

    All SPONSORS are responsible for their own tent/pop-ups, banners tables, table cloths and chairs, etc. Set up can begin on Friday after 1 PM or Saturday at 5:45 AM, set up finish by 9:00AM. 

    Deadline for Logo Submission

    Cut-off is September 15th if you would like your logo included on our banners.

    Sponsorships received after September 15th will still receive recognition and a link on Patriots and Paws Car Show website, as well as exposure in our social media.

    Vendor Registration Form

    Booth Space 10x10, you are required to bring your own pop up, table, chairs. This event is tailored for a fundraiser. If you are selling of merchandise or products you will need to have permits with in the city. The purpose of this event is to raise funds for Patriots and Paws and inform Veterans of available community resources. We ask that you be set up by 9:30 A.M. and plan on staying until 2:30 P.M. to tear down. Deadline to submit paper work is September 15. Spaces are first come, first served.
